The City of Busselton sought a digital gateway that would showcase their beautiful coastal region and inspire residents and travellers to explore everything the City has to offer. The Market Creations Agency team was excited to partner with the City of Busselton to deliver their corporate website and bring their vision to life.

About the Client

Located 230kms south of Perth, Busselton is situated on the long curve of beautiful Geographe Bay, surrounded by stunning ocean views and lush nature. The council and staff at the City of Busselton are driven to making Busselton a special place to live and visit, as well as creating a place ‘where environment, lifestyle and opportunity meet’.

The Brief

The main priority for the city of Busselton’s corporate website re-development project was to create an engaging website experience that was easy to navigate and would draw residents and tourists back to the city centre – not just to the iconic Busselton Jetty.

Near Me

The Near Me module was custom developed for the City of Busselton in order to guide tourists through the town and encourage residents to explore their own backyard. The module enables users to geo-locate items that are then displayed on a map such as recreation facilities, events, libraries and art trails.

Intuitive Navigation

Market Creations Agency worked with the City on organising hundreds of pages of content into a site map that was easy to navigate and encouraged self-servicing. Leveraging our ‘Landing Page’ module, the website menu is displayed visually via previews of web pages with a title, image, and accompanying introductory text.

Keeping their brand and vision as the cornerstone of the project, Market Creations Agency reinvented the City of Busselton’s website using a clear and bold design to reflect their vibrant community. The website is an immersive experience where visitors are enticed to learn more about Busselton.
