Council meetings can now continue electronically during times of emergency

As of 26 March, amendments have been made to the Local Government Act that allow for council meetings and public question time to be held electronically. In response to the amendment, Market Creations has developed a new SparkCMS feature. 

Council Meetings: Electronic Meetings Advanced Feature

Ensure you stay connected with your community and continue important and timely conversations with the Council Meetings module advanced feature.

The Electronic Meetings Advanced Feature has been created to allow for the administration of live and recorded council meetings into the Council Meetings module.

Along with the agendas, minutes and attachment documents relating to the meeting, users will also be able to access the live or recorded meeting files in either audio or video format.

Please note, the Council Meetings module is required for the Electronic Meetings Advanced Feature to be implemented.

• Cost to implement the Electronic Meetings Advanced Feature only is $825 (inc GST).
• Cost to implement the Council Meetings Module and the Electronic Meetings Advanced Feature is $2,640 (inc GST).
